What's your most memorable scene from a movie?
Submitted by danadee
So it's not really a scene, but I thought that "A Very Special Love" had a lot of pretty good scenes in it. In fact, I have to say it's joined the ranks of one of my favorite movies ever. Seriously. The trailer doesn't give away too much (unlike other Filipino movies), so I thought it would pass for a memorable scenes (as it's a bunch of cute scenes)
What's the one thing you're most neurotic about?
This takes up a lot of time! It's fun but it also gets really really tiring to do sometimes. I can spend the whole day doing this.
What talent do you have that you wish more people would recognize?
I wouldn't say it were a talent, but based on that Johari Window thing that I did, people don't know that I'm 'adaptable.' Or at least, if they were asked to choose six adjectives about me, they wouldn't include it. But I think I'm adaptable and quite flexible (more go with the flow) than others perceive me to be. People probably think I go nuts if my way isn't the chosen way of the group, but I'm actually pretty flexible when it comes to things like that, so I wish people would recognize that more.
Why do you think it is some people don't get along with you?
I didn't like dilly-dallying around all day. I wanted to make sure the work was finished and finished well. I guess it was misinterpreted as bossy or maybe I did come off bossy, but it wasn't like they were complaining when we got our grades back.
I try my best not to be too bossy anymore. In fact, I think I went the extreme with my laziness nowadays, but hey, let's keep the peace.
What's the most valuable thing you've ever had stolen?
I got gift certificates for Christmas and I had them in my wallet for quite some time. But then during a production, I left my stuff inside my bag and left my bag in a room (that I thought was safe). When I got back, my wallet was empty and my gift certificates were gone. They were worth Php 1,500 and I hadn't even gotten the chance to spend them on clothes.
It sucks cause I was so careless. I shouldn't have left it in my bag. But because everyone had left their bags there too, I thought it was safe. Oh well, lesson learned.
What quality in your best friend are you most envious of and why?
Anna isn't really my best friend, but she sure as hell is one of my closest friends in college bordering on best already. And this girl has so much for me to be envious about. For one thing she's insanely brilliant, intelligent and just plain smart. But more than that, Anna is a hard worker. She is the opposite of procrastination. She will do work right away and has not a lazy bone in her body. I wish I could be more like that. More determined, less lazy.
What have you tried in life that you just weren't very good at?
I tried singing. It's obviously not my talent. My sister sings really good, but I can't sing at all. I can hack Magic Sing and I can do it with a group, but if you were to put me on stage and with judges in front (like say, American Idol) I know I wouldn't even get past the first screening. That's not to say that I don't sing. Because I do. I love to sing. I'm just not very good at it.
Do you have a particular "catch phrase" for which you are known?

There was a time when "Whatever" was everywhere thanks to the movie Clueless. But eventually it just went out of "style." At the end of last year, I unconsciously decided to bring it back but this time cutting it short. So instead of saying "whatever" I would just say "whatevs." Soon enough, all my friends were saying it too and it sort of just caught on. So whatevs.
What one object/thing would you take if your house were on fire?
First off, I never really want to think about these things because I'd hate to think that my house would catch fire, but if it were to (hopefully not), I would probably take my little sister. We share one room and I would only care about her making it out alive with me. Sure she's 12, but seeing as we share a room, I feel like she's my responsibility. Still I don't want to think about it.
What products can't you live without?

I'm a technofreak. I just have to go online at least once a day. At the least. Thus I was ecstatic when my dad got the children a laptop to "share." when I say share, I mean that I hoard the actual laptop and let my siblings borrow it when I'm feeling like it. But all kidding aside, I love how laptops are portable. Although I wish I owned a Mac, I guess I should be thankful for what I have anyway.
